Harriet M. Grass of Bend died Tuesday of natural causes. She was 83.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Niswonger, Reynolds & Tabor Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Grass was born March 7, 1917, in Blackduck, Minn.

She married Harold Grass on Feb. 25, 1937, in Prineville.

A homemaker, she loved to hunt deer.

Survivors include her son, Gary, of Bend, and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband.
