A viewing will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Niswonger, Reynolds Funeral Home in Bend. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Mausoleum in Bend.
Mrs. Wood was born Jan. 18, 1920, in Vancouver, B.C., to William and Lillian (Cockeril) Evans. She married Donald Wood on Nov. 31, 1951, in Vancouver, B.C.
Mrs. Wood worked for Boeing in Seattle during World War II building B-27s. She later owned an Arctic Circle restaurant in Bend and worked for 10 years as a cook for St. Charles Medical Center.
She was a member of the Eagles and volunteered for St. Vincent de Paul and area hospices.
Survivors include her son Don of Bend; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
