Darlene Mae Patterson of Redmond died May 30, 2003 of natural causes. She was 67.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Free Methodist Church in Redmond.

Mrs. Patterson was born July 17, 1935, in Portland to Arthur and Opal (Short) Stone. She was raised in California and graduated from Freemont High School in Oakland, Calif. She married Patrick Patterson in 1961.

She lived in the Bay area until 1994 when she moved to Redmond.

Mrs. Patterson worked as a caregiver for the Opportunity Foundation in Redmond. She retired in 2002.

She was a member of the Redmond Free Methodist Church.

Mrs. Patterson enjoyed spending time with her family.

Her survivors include:

Husband, Patrick, of Redmond

Sons, David Valenzuela of Springfield and Timothy of Hayward, California

Daughters, Dena Valenzuela and Karon Relei, both of Redmond

Father, Jack Faust of Hayward

and eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and stepfather.

Irene Mae Moore of Terrebonne died April 30, 2006 of natural causes. She was 90.

Services have been held.

Ms. Moore was born May 8, 1915, in Plainfield, Iowa, to James and Ione (Satterlee) Watters. She worked as a cook for the Frontier Cafe. She enjoyed crocheting, reading the Bible, crossword puzzles, camping and being with her family.

Her survivors include:

Sons, Benny and Tommy, both of Prineville, Chuck of Louisiana and Jim of Utah

Daughters, Maudie and Melissa, both of Terrebonne

and 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers, three sisters, a grandson and a great-grandson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Redmond-Sisters.

Autumn Funerals of Redmond is in charge of arrangements.
