Beverly Jean Sikes, of Bend, died Sunday. She was 63.

No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Sikes was born March 22, 1944, in Bend, the daughter of Wilbur and Bessie (Kincaid) Edwards. She married Tommy Sikes on Feb. 16, 1961, in San Jose, Calif.

Mrs. Sikes was a real estate agent for 17 years. She later worked in telecommunication services in Bend. She enjoyed her cats, shopping and spending time with family.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Todd, of Bend; a daughter, Lisa Schutte, of Bend; a brother, Don Edwards, of Prineville; a sister, Penny McCloughan, of Prineville; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a grandchild.
