DeLoris Ardele Bjorvik of Bend died Oct. 18 of natural causes. She was 85.

Services were held.

Mrs. Bjorvik was born Jan. 3, 1919, in Rosholt, S.D., to Louis and Selma (Erickson) Selken. She graduated from high school in Rosholt. She married Gunnar Bjorvik on Aug. 11, 1939, in Bend.

Mrs. Bjorvik was a homemaker. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Bend and the Sons of Norway. She enjoyed baking, craft work, gardening and traveling.

Survivors include her husband of Bend; three sons, Roger and Don, both of Bend, and Steve of Prineville; two sisters, Elaine Parker of Bend and Colleen Frey of Portland; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
