WOW! This is my grandfather's grave. When I was a child, my grandmother, who raised my sister, brother and I, brought us here often. In fact, the trees planted on each side were just a few inches in height and purchased at christmas to decorate. He grew up in Los Angeles, but moved to Oregon for his love of fishing and brought his wife Irene, now deceased and four children. This was unexpected....
ReplyDeleteThey just recently trimmed the tree branches so you could see his stone. I spend some time cleaning it up. I'm glad you found it.
