Irene (Retzloff) Oldaker of Bend died Thursday of natural causes. She was 78.

Viewings will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m to 12 p.m. Wednesday, both at Autumn Funerals. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Oldaker was born April 13, 1924, in Prineville. She married Emery Oldaker on Oct. 11, 1940, in Idaho.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Oldaker was affiliated with the Bend Women's Bowling Association and the Assembly of God.

Survivors include her son, Harold of Montague, Calif.; two daughters, Nadine Smith and Margie Weaver, both of Bend; a sister, Mildred Hammer of Port Orchard, Wash.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.
