Mr. Hedge was born April 13, 1951, to John and Norma Hedge. He attended North Salem High School.
Mr. Hedge worked as a heavy equipment operator for Bob Fix Construction. He was affiliated with the Weasle Motorcycle Club and the Hogs Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Survivors include his companion, Patti Shepherd; two sons, Chance of Independence and Jason of Keizer; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Accident victim's name released
Published: May 02. 2006 4:00AM PSTThe Deschutes County Sheriff's Office released the name Monday of Larry Hedge, a 55-year-old man from Bend who died Sunday night near Pleasant Ridge Road after driving his Harley Davidson motorcycle into a ditch.
Hedge had failed to make a right-hand turn and drove into a gravel shoulder on the east side of the road, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.
He traveled down the ditch about 165 feet before the motorcycle went airborne, throwing him about 20 feet.
Hedge was wearing a helmet, the release said, but it was not approved by the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Deputies arrived on the scene around 6:30 p.m. and performed CPR until medics with the Bend Fire Department arrived.
Hedge was pronounced dead at the scene.
