Charlotte Jeanne Mahoney of Crooked River Ranch died Wednesday of natural causes. She was 71.
A viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Autumn Funerals in Redmond. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Pioneer Cemetery in Terrebonne.
Mrs. Mahoney was born Jan. 25, 1932, in Columbus, Ohio, to Emmette and Esther (Serrott) Bost. She attended high school in Columbus. She married James Mahoney on Aug. 4, 1955, in Burbank, Calif.
Mrs. Mahoney worked for Mervyn's Department Store in Lodi, Calif., for 14 years. She also worked in the research development department for Teledyne in California. She retired in 1991.
She lived in San Jose and Lodi, Calif., before moving to Crooked River Ranch in 1994.
Her hobbies included crafts, sewing and playing piano at church. She also enjoyed animals.
Her survivors include:
Husband, James, of Crooked River Ranch
Daughter, Susan Hubbell of Arroyo Grande, California
two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Redmond, Sisters and Grant County.
Autumn Funerals in Redmond is in charge of arrangements.
