Delmar D. Literal of Powell Butte died October 12, 2004 of natural causes. He was 84.

Private services will be held.

Mr. Literal was born Dec. 6, 1919, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Symore and Adel (Able) Literal. He married Margie Literal, Oct. 12, 1974, in Reno, Nevada.

Mr. Literal was a chef for the Forest Service. He enjoyed the outdoors, woodworking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

His survivors include:

Daughters, Connie Mitchell of Powell Butte, Carrie Nyguist of Delhi, California and Linda Undercoffer of Neveda City, California

Brother, Harold of Lewiston, Idaho

and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife and four sons.
