Leonie “Sue” Ramey, of Terrebonne, died September 24, 2007. She was 71.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Powell Butte Community Center.

Mrs. Ramey was born April 5, 1938, in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, the daughter of Eric and Irene Peddle. She married Orval Ramey on Nov. 6, 1953.

Mrs. Ramey worked for Kmart in Bend for 14 years, retiring in 1996. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She moved to Central Oregon in 1976.

Her survivors include:

Husband, Orval

Sons, Lonnie, of Madras, and Brad, of Nevada

Daughter, Suzette, of Seattle

Sisters, Emma Foltz, of Sykesville, Maryland and Alice Bruce of Kelso, Washington

six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
