Dana Kaye Anderson, of Powell Butte, died June 14 of ovarian cancer. She was 60.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. July 14 at Zion Lutheran Church in Redmond.

Mrs. Anderson was born Aug. 27, 1946, in Eugene to Irvin and Dorothy Schwartz. She married Bruce Anderson on Jan. 3, 1970, in Fresno, Calif.

Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker. She was affiliated with Zion Lutheran Church, Defeat Cancer, the National Future Farmers of America Organization, and she was a 4-H Club leader. She enjoyed raising livestock, helping people and spending time with family.

Her survivors include:

Husband, Bruce, of Powell Butte

Sons, James, of Seattle, and Brian, of Warrensburg, Missouri

Daughter, Christen Carson, of Gresham

Mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Bob Glim, of Fresno, California

Brother, Lenn Schwartz

and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
