Andrew Wolff Shepard, 26, of Newport, Oregon, died on November 6, 2000 in Newport.
He was born in Newport on March 20, 1974. A 1992 graduate of Newport High School, he attended Pacific University in Forest Grove and Western Oregon University in Monmouth. At the time of his death, he was employed as a carpenter with Orca Builders.
His survivors include:
Mother, Linda Roberts, of Newport
Father, Richard Shepard, of Creswell
Daughter, Quincy I.D. Shepard of Placerville, California
Brother, Patrick T. Gallagher of San Jose, California
Stepsister, Kimberly A. Lacey of Mukilteo, Washington
Stepbrother, Lance Roberts, Nevada
and grandparents, Rob and Sahra Rockwood of Berlingame, California
Disposition is by cremation, with Bateman Funeral Home serving the family.
