Larry D. Literal of Powell Butte died of natural causes May 3, 2001. He was 55.
At his request, no public service will be held.
Mr. Literal was born Aug. 5, 1945, in Bremerton, Washington, to Delmar and Nadine (Lochspeach) Literal. He grew up and attended school in Auburn, California.
He worked as a handyman for many places.
He moved to Prineville in 1995 to be close to his parents.
Mr. Literal was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Prineville, serving as a deacon.
He enjoyed going to church, woodworking, tinkering with short-wave radios and guns.
His survivors include:
Parents, Delmar and Margie of Powell Butte
Sisters, Linda Undercoffe of Nevada City, California, Connie Mitchell of Powell Butte and Carrie Nyquest of Delhi, California.
Prineville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
