Carol Ann (Palmer) Billings of Bend died Wednesday from complications of cancer. She was 41.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Light and Life Free Methodist Church in Bend. A graveside service will immediately follow at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Billings was born March 17, 1961, in Bend to Clinton and Jacqueleen (Baldwin) Palmer. She married Wayne Billings on Sept. 29, 1995, in Newport.

She was a homemaker.  Mrs. Billings was affiliated with the Light and Life Free Methodist Church.  She enjoyed her family, fishing, going to the beach, watching NASCAR races and animals.

Survivors include her husband of Bend; a son, Christopher McDermottRoe of Bend; her mother, Jacqueleen Palmer of Bend; a brother, Gary Palmer of Golden, Colo.; three sisters, Janet Clark of LaGrande and Julie Palmer and Candace Fronk, both of Bend; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.
