Donald Eugene Raisner of Sunriver died Sunday. He was 76.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sunriver Community Church.

Mr. Raisner was born July 11, 1929, in San Francisco to Wilbur and Jeanette (Blowers) Raisner. He married Kay Keele on Nov. 19, 1955, in Alhambra, Calif.

Mr. Raisner was a chaplain in the Army Reserves, 91st division, and retired as a colonel. He later served as a pastor at various Baptist churches in California. He was active in the Sunriver Community Church and Rotary in California. He enjoyed his work and people.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, David of Atlanta and Daniel of Portland; two daughters, Donna Jarman of Willows, Calif., and Deanne Cooper of Watsonville, Calif.; a brother, Bill of Temecula, Calif.; and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister.
