A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Niswonger, Reynolds and Tabor Chapel.
Miss Andre was born Nov. 19, 1973, in Springfield.
She worked at Skippers and Pilot Butte Drive In. She also worked at Red Lion as a housekeeper.
She enjoyed crocheting, crafts, shopping and travel. Her interests included oceanography, dolphins and Tasmanian devils.
Survivors include her parents, Ron and Marilyn of Bend; two brothers, Terry of Bend and Shanon of Redmond; one sister, Tammy Smith of Bend; grandparents, Clayton and Hilda Horn of Springfield, Rudy Andre of La Pine and Eolene Andre of Springfield.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Niswonger, Reynolds and Tabor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
