Alan Lee Hart of Redmond died Wednesday. He was 38.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pilot Butte Cemetery. (interred at Greenwood Cemetery)

Mr. Hart was born March 12, 1964, in Fayetteville, N.C., to Richard and Judy Hart. His family moved to Central Oregon in 1978. He attended Redmond High School. He married Tracy Galvin on Oct. 29, 1990, in Bend.

He worked at a local mill.  Mr. Hart was a member of the Bend Moose Lodge. He enjoyed fishing, camping, furniture building, golfing and going on family outings.

Survivors include his wife of Redmond; a son, Dillen of Redmond; his parents of Bend; and a grandmother, Margaret of Bend.

He was preceded in death by his brother and paternal grandfather.
